If I could award more stars, I would. The entire experience was magical. The ticket office staff was incredibly helpful, the stewards and conductor were friendly, the gift shop staff was super helpful. I would recommend this for any age. We spent our child's birthday here, and the staff made it so special. Highly recommend buying a postcard on the train (or bringing your own!) to mail on the railway post office! Personally, staff member Lee made the day 5,000 times more memorable. Thank you all!!

Save your money! Their were 14 of us that paid for first class Santa express and the kids never got to see him the train arrived back at station and we were told he would be there shortly well 15-20 mins and that was enough for the little ones after sitting for 2 hrs we exited the first class car into a 2nd car where kids were waiting and still no Santa insight ,I emailed the railroad and the conductor said he did make it back to first class but how long did it take ??? Sorry but this was a fail. They also ran out of food and drinks on train announcement was we have 3 boxes of popcorn left, bad planning on someone s part

Came here based on recommendation from many friends; was not disappointed. Friendly staff, and clean stations on either end of the ride. Spent the trip both ways on the open car; so much scenery too see. Did spot 2 bald eagles, but other than a few flocks of ducks, not too much wild life.

Great ride thru scenic Pennsylvania countryside. The open air car is a big hit, too.

The scenery is great and there is a lot of historical background to the route. That history is well documented throughout the trip.

The operation runs like clockwork. Left at 11am and returned at 2pm, as advertised. The only beef I have is that the 20 min. lay-over at Rynd Farm is only 20 min. if you're the first one off. If you're the last one it is more like a 5 min. lunch break.

One of the best tourist railroad I have been on! And I've done about 18. First off, the equipment is in decent condition. The station is nice and the people are very friendly and informative.

Be sure to check out the rest of Titusville and Oil City while you're there. A couple of very cool towns.

Two, big thumbs up!!!
