BSI financial Services sucks!!!! I am current on my h.m. loan, but they are charging me NSF fees, for payments I made on time. Nobody will return my calls!!!!! What kind of bullshit is this? I have 4 FOUR loans with BSI for four different properties and I am buying properties hand over fist. I have bought 8 properties in the last year, four using BSI as a short-term lender. You want sales people? You want more business??? Why don't you try keeping your existing customers. Hard money lenders are a dime/dozen. FU BSI - I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!!!
I give this BS company ZERO stars!! I only allowed them ONE star so I could post this! They are horrible! Rude is the polite word I would use! NO ONE calls you back! Holds your money and doesn't apply it to my loan and then says I'm delinquent!!! My, so called account manager, has yet to call me. They won't give you the number to your mortgage holder. They should be held accountable for the crooks they are! How can they not see they have a 1.1 rating??? HELLO??????????
I can't ever get through. They don't handle any issues properly. Always on hold until I hang up. At least 15 minutes of music on hold. Getting old, I want a new lender. This is ridiculous.
Pure bait an switch. Lost my job, property was sold off to these vultures. I got a new job and worked with them to re-establish my mortgage. Set on a specific amount, was told that this would be my mortgage moving forward. After the "trial period", it took 3 months to get my mortgage finalized. They said they didn't have evidence of my having insurance, but when I called the insurance company not only was my insurance still active, but THEY paid it. Received the paperwork and the amount went up $350. No replies to my email for an explanation when before I would get a reply within a couple of hours. Horrible. Simply horrible.
Wish I could give this awful company 0 stars. This place is the devil and the people that work there could care less about people. They have lied and cheated me. As a realtor I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are trying to tack on an extra 300 dollars a month to my mortgage. 1st saying that my house didn’t have insurance and to send them proof of insurance and it would all be taken care of and I did that. Nothing not even a word back from them. Then they said it was because my taxes went up and my taxes only went up a extra $300 dollars and they’re trying to charge me an extra $300 a month. The only answer I hear back is that the charges are correct. I do the math with them on the phone and they’re dumb founded stating oh let’s have a investigation and we will get back to you. Each time an investigation goes on I never hear back and when I follow up they state that they’re correct but the numbers make no logical sense. Who’s doing their investigation monkeys? This company is either ran by ignorant apes or a bunch of crooks.
